How do I report or block someone?
During a match, tap the player at the top of the screen, or press and hold their drawing. Choose Report, Block or Remove player. See the beach rules.
How do I unblock someone?
Settings (gear on the home screen) → Blocked players → Unblock.
I was removed from a match. Why?
The lifeguard stopped a drawing twice, stopped one that clearly broke the rules, or most players voted to remove you. You can play online again after 10 minutes (24 hours after 3 times in a week). Think it was a mistake? Write to us with your Game Center nickname and roughly when.
I can't play online.
Online play uses Game Center. Check that you're signed in (Settings app → Game Center). If Screen Time or parental controls don't allow multiplayer games, the online modes stay off; Gull Duel, Daily Doodle and Party still work. Players under 18 only play online with Game Center friends.
What does "Share my doodles" do?
It lets Gulliver learn from your own drawings in online rounds that another player guessed. It's off unless you turn it on: Gulliver asks once after your first online round, and you can change it any time in Settings → Help Gulliver learn. Shared doodles carry no Game Center ID, no name and no device ID. We never ask players under 18. Turning it off stops sending right away. More in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my shared doodles?
Settings → Help Gulliver learn → Delete my doodles. This removes them from our database, and also removes doodles that are still waiting on your device.
I lost my device. Can you still delete my doodles?
Yes. Under Delete my doodles, Settings shows your donor code: a random code that is only on your device. Mail it to support@squawkle.com and we delete every doodle with that code. Without the code we can't tell which doodles are yours, because they're anonymous. Tip: write the code down if you share doodles.
Can I delete my data?
We don't have an account for you. What we keep is described in the privacy policy. Write to us and we'll delete what belongs to you. For a report or a ban, tell us your Game Center nickname so we can find it.
